St. James’s Place announces Helen Beck to join its Board as Independent Director

– UK, Cirencester –  St. James’s Place plc (LON: STJ) announced the appointment of Helen Beck to its Board as an Independent Non-executive Director with effect from 1 July 2025.

Helen Beck will be the Designated Non-executive Director for Workforce Engagement and a member of the Group Risk Committee and Group Remuneration Committee.

About Helen Beck

Helen Beck has more than 30 years of business leadership and consultancy experience gained from non-executive roles and executive positions in Human Resources across the Financial Sector. Between 2013 and 2021, Helen was the Head of the Financial Service Remuneration Practice at Deloitte, specialising in reward structures for FTSE 100, FTSE 25,0, and private companiesBeforeto that, she held several Executive roles, including at Standard Bank and McLagan Partners (part of AON plc). Helen was formerly a Non-executive Director and chair of the Remuneration Committee of Ashmore Group PLC.

Helen Beck is a Non-executive Director and chair of the Remuneration Committees of Funding Circle Holdings PLC and Picton Property Income Limited. Since April 2025 she has been a Non-executive Director of Hampshire Bank Trust.
