Spirax-Sarco Engineering welcomes Constance Baroudel to its Board as Independent Director

– UK, Cheltenham –  Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc (LON: SPX), the leading global thermal energy management and fluid technology solutions Group, today announced the appointment of Constance Baroudel to its Board as an Independent Non‑Executive Director, with immediate effect.

“I am delighted to welcome Constance to the Board of Directors. In this role, she will combine her strong financial, strategic and non-executive experience with her knowledge of large, global organisations, to support the ongoing sustainable growth and success of our Group,” said Board Chair, Jamie Pike.

About Constance Baroudel

Constance Baroudel is Sector Chief Executive, Environmental & Analysis and CSO at Halma plc, having previously held a range of executive positions within Halma plc, as well as with First Group plc, De La Rue, and Strategic Decisions Group.

Constance Baroudel has related Board experience, having previously held Non-Executive Director positions at both Kier Group and Synergy Health as well as a broad range of knowledge and qualifications, including an MSc in International Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics, an MSc in Corporate Finance & Strategy and a BA in International Relations, both from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po Paris).
