– UK, London – Skillcast Group plc (LON: SKL), the provider of content and technology for digital compliance transformation, announced the appointment of James Saralis to its Board as an independent non-executive director effective from 1 July 2024.
James Saralis will also join the remuneration committee as Chair and the audit committee as a member.
Isabel Napper will not stand for re-election to the Board at the forthcoming AGM on 25 June 2024.
About James Saralis
James Saralis is CEO of NAHL Group plc, an AIM-listed marketing and services business focused on the UK consumer legal market, which he joined in January 2018. Before being appointed NAHL’s CEO in 2021, he served as NAHL’s Chief Financial Officer and was instrumental in the strategic and operational development of NAHL.
James Saralis has a wealth of experience both operationally and in the AIM market. Previously, he spent over 10 years in the general insurance industry, including as CFO of the Direct & Partnerships and Employee Benefits divisions of Jelf, part of Marsh & McLennan Companies. He has also held various finance roles in Clearspeed Technology plc, HBOS plc, and RAC plc. He is a Chartered Accountant and fellow of the ICAEW, having been a member since 2003.
James Saralis holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Bristol.
