Senior announces Graham Oldroyd to join its Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, Rickmansworth –  Senior plc (LON: SNR), an international manufacturer of high-technology components and systems, with operations in 12 countries, announced the appointment of Graham Oldroyd to its Board as a non-executive Director effective from 28 May 2025.

“We are pleased that Graham has agreed to join the Board. Graham’s engineering background with private equity experience in industrial and manufacturing sectors will complement the current Board and prove valuable to Senior’s continued development,” said Board chairman, Ian King.

About Graham Oldroyd

Graham Oldroyd has a strong engineering background with broad private equity experience, particularly in industrial and manufacturing sectors. He is a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, and a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

He is a Non-executive director of Videndum plc and the Senior Independent Director of The Global Smaller Companies Trust PLC. He also holds director positions in several unlisted companies. Graham Oldroyd was Chairman at Ideal Standard International NV, a non-executive director of PHS Group Investments Ltd, Nobina AB, and Henderson Alternative Strategies Trust plc. He was a partner with 23 years’ service at European private equity fund manager Bridgepoint.
