Senior announces Barbara Jeremiah to its Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, Rickmansworth –  Senior plc (LON: SNR), an international manufacturer of high-technology components and systems, with operations in 12 countries, today announced the appointment of Barbara Jeremiah to its Board as a non-executive Director effective from 1 January 2022.

“We are very pleased that Barbara has agreed to join the Board. Barbara’s extensive experience in a number of Senior’s key markets as an executive and a non-executive Director will complement those of the existing members of the Board and we look forward to working with her,” said Board Chairman, Ian King.

About Barbara Jeremiah

Barbara has significant experience of engineering and industrial markets. She is Chair Designate and Senior Independent Director of The Weir Group PLC and had previously worked for over 30 years with Alcoa Inc, in several positions including EVP, Corporate Development, and Chairman’s Counsel. She was formerly Chairwoman of Boart Longyear Limited, a leading provider of drilling services and equipment, and was a non-executive Director of Aggreko plc, Premier Oil plc and Russel Metals Inc.

Barbara holds a BA in Political Science and is a qualified lawyer.
