– UK, Brackley – Seneca Growth Capital VCT Plc (LON: HYG) today announced the appointment of Mary Anne Cordeiro to its Board as a Non-Executive Director effective immediately, bringing extensive knowledge of VCT and growth capital investment sectors to the Board.
Mary Anne Cordeiro has also joined the Audit Committee.
About Mary Anne Cordeiro
Mary Anne Cordeiro served as a non-executive Director of Albion Technology & General VCT Plc from 2013 until 2023, following its merger with Albion Income & Growth VCT Plc where she had served as a non-executive Director from 2004. Having served nine years as non-executive Director, more recently as Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, Mary Anne is retiring from the AATG Board today. Mary Anne is also the Founder and Managing Director of Science to Business Limited which specializes in advising medical technology businesses on fundraising and commercialization strategy. Before this Mary Anne had a fifteen-year career in international corporate finance as a M&A Investment Banker at Goldman Sachs International Limited, VP at Bankers Trust Company, and Managing Director of Paribas’ Financial Institutions Group.
Mary Anne holds a MA (Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Oxford and is a member of the University of Oxford’s Department of Chemistry Development Board.
