– UK, Solihull – Secure Trust Bank PLC (LON: STB) today announced the appointment of Mrs Ann Berresford as Senior Independent Director with effect from the close of the AGM held today.
This appointment follows the announcement that Paul Marrow, Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director, stood down as a Director of the Company following the AGM.
