– UK, London – Albion Crown VCT PLC (LON: CRWN) announced the appointments of Richard Glover, Ann Berresfor,d and Richard Wilson to its Board as non-executive directors effective from 19 December 2024. They were on the board of Albion Venture Capital Trust PLC which earlier today was placed into members’ voluntary liquidation following its merger with the Company.
Each of the Directors will serve on the Company’s Audit & Risk, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
James Agnew and Tony Ellingham have retired from the Board, effective from today’s date.
