– UK, London – Schroder UK Public Private Trust plc (LON: SUPP) today announced the appointment of independent director, Tim Edwards to succeed Susan Searle as Board Chair following her resignation from the board at AGM on 4 June 2021.
Tim Edwards is a qualified chartered accountant with a widespread background in corporate finance and investment. He is currently the chair of Storm Therapeutics Ltd, Karus Therapeutics Ltd and Modulus Oncology Ltd, a director of AstronauTx Ltd, and an independent non-executive director of Record plc. Previously, Tim was a member of the governing board of InnovateUK, the UK’s innovation agency, a director of the UK Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult, and chair of the UK BioIndustry Association.
