– UK, Glasgow – Schroder UK Mid Cap Fund plc (LON: SCP) announced the appointment of Richard Curling to its Board as an independent non-executive Director effective at the AGM on 24 February 2025.
Harry Morley, Chair Elect of the Company, said: “I am delighted to welcome Richard to the Board of Schroder UK Mid Cap Fund plc. He will bring valuable experience and a wealth of knowledge to the Company.”
Richard Curling will also join the Remuneration Committee as Chair, and the Audit and Risk Committee, the Management Engagement Committee, and the Nomination Committee as a member.
