– UK, London – Schroder Asian Total Return Investment Company plc (LON: ATR) today announced the appointment of Sarah MacAulay as the new Board Chair of the Company. Sarah has also been appointed chair of the nomination committee and management engagement committee.
David Brief retired as Chairman at the annual general meeting held today.
The board would like to take this opportunity to thank David for his leadership, and invaluable contribution to the Company over the last 12 years.
