– UK, London – Schroder Asian Total Return Investment Company plc (LON: ATR) today announced the appointment of Marion Sears to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective from 24 April 2024.
Marion Sears will also join the Audit and Risk, Management Engagement, and Nomination Committees.
About Marion Sears
Marion Sears has had an extensive career in the City as an analyst and subsequently in investment banking and international M&A. Over the last 20 years, she has served on several private and public company boards as a Non-Executive Director. She has acted as a Senior Independent Director and has chaired Remuneration, Nomination, and Corporate Responsibility committees during this time, giving her long-standing PLC experience and stakeholder understanding.
Marion Sears is a Non-Executive Director at Dunelm Group plc and Keywords Studios plc. She has previously been a Non-Executive Director of WH Smith plc, Persimmon plc, abrdn New Dawn Investment Trust plc, and Fidelity European Trust plc.
