– UK, Bath – Rotork plc (LON: ROR), the market-leading global provider of mission-critical intelligent flow control solutions, today announced the appointments of Andrew Heath and Vanessa Simms to its Board as Independent Non-Executive Directors, respectively on 1 April 2024 and 21 June 2024.

Andrew Heath will also join the Safety and Sustainability Committee as Chair from 1st May.
About Andrew Heath
Andrew Heath is currently CEO of Spectris plc, a role he has held since September 2018. From 2016 to 2018, he was CEO of Imagination Technologies Group plc, having previously served as the company’s non-executive director from 2012. From 2015, he was CEO of Alent plc, a leading global supplier of specialty chemicals and engineered materials. Andrew began his career with Rolls-Royce.
Andrew Heath holds an engineering degree from Imperial College, London, and an MBA from Loughborough University.

Vanessa Simms is currently CFO at Land Securities Group plc and was formerly CFO at Grainger plc from February 2016 to April 2021. Before Grainger plc, Vanessa was Deputy-CFO at Unite Group plc and UK Finance Director at SEGRO plc.
Vanessa is a Chartered Certified Accountant with an executive MBA from Ashridge Business School.
