– UK, Liverpool – Riverside Finance plc (LON: 45GP) today announced the appointment of Fenella Edge to its Board of Directors as Chair effective from 4 October 2023. Concurrently, the Company also announced the appointment of Phil Elvy to the Board of Directors with effect from 4 October 2023.
Fenella Edge and Phil Elvy will join the Group Treasury Committee of the Parent of the Company, The Riverside Group Limited.
The company also announced the resignation of Devan Bala from the Board, with effect from 3 October 2023.
