– UK, Liverpool – Riverside Finance plc (LON:45GP), announced the appointments of Joanna Bonnett and Matthew Blake to its Board of Directors, with effect from 1 June 2024.
Joanna and Matthew have also joined the Group Treasury Committee of The Riverside Group Limited, the Parent of the Company.
Concurrently, the company announced the resignation of Nigel Perryman from the Board with effect from 31 May 2024.
