Renold announces Andrew Magson to its Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, Wythenshawe –  Renold PLC (LON: RNO), a leading international supplier of industrial chains and related power transmission products, today announced the appointment of Andrew Magson to its Board as a Non-Executive Director effective from 1 December 2020.

“I am delighted to welcome Andrew to the Group and pleased that the Board succession plan is progressing smoothly. He has highly relevant manufacturing sector and board level financial experience, including pension scheme management, and he will be an invaluable addition to the Renold Board.” said Board Chairman, Mark Harper.

Andrew will also be appointed to the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

Andrew has significant experience in senior finance roles in multinational manufacturing businesses, most recently at The Alumasc Group plc where he was the CFO from 2006 to 2020. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992 with PwC before moving into the industry at BPB Plc, where he became Group Financial Controller.
