Regional REIT appoints Massy Larizadeh to its Board as Non-Executive Director

– GUERNSEY, Saint Sampson –  Regional REIT (LON: RGL), the regional office specialist, today announced the appointment of Massy Larizadeh to its Board as Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 June 2022.

She will also join the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Management Engagement and Remuneration Committee.

Massy has a particular interest in environmental, social, and governance issues and as such will be taking a lead role in the Company’s ESG matters and will become the Chair of the ESG Working Party which also includes members of the Asset and Investment Manager.

Massy Larizadeh has over 30 years of experience across the financial services sector and, more recently, has spent the last seventeen years in the commercial real estate sector. In the property sector, she has held senior executive roles with blue-chip companies, such as GE Real Estate, Cushman & Wakefield Investors, and Deloitte Real Estate. Massy is a Non-Executive Director of Orbit Group and London & Partners and serves as a Director of New Horizons Advisory Ltd. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees of UPProjects.
