– GUERNSEY, Saint Sampson – Regional REIT Limited (LON: RGL) announced the appointment of its current Board member Massy Larizadeh as the new Senior Independent Director effective from 15 October 2024, replacing Daniel Taylor who will step down from the Board at that date.
About Massy Larizadeh
Massy Larizadeh has been an independent NED of the Company since June 2022. She is the Chair of the Management Engagement and Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.
