– GUERNSEY, St. Peter Port – Real Estate Credit Investments Limited (LON: RECI) announced the appointment of Mark Thompson to its Board as an independent non-executive director effective from 4 November 2024.
Mark Thompson will also join the Audit & Risk, Nomination, Remuneration, and Management Engagement Committees.
About Mark Thompson
Mark is a Guernsey resident with over 30 years of experience in the offshore finance industry. He is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Director, a former chairman of the Guernsey Branch of the Institute of Directors, and former chairman of the London-listed investment company Trian Investors 1 Ltd.
