– GUERNSEY, St. Peter Port – Real Estate Credit Investments Limited (LON: RECI) today announced the appointment of Colleen McHugh to its Board as an independent non-executive director, effective from 1 March 2021.
Colleen will also serve as a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Management Engagement Committee.
“I am delighted that Colleen has agreed to join the RECI Board and look forward to working with her and benefiting from the experience and complementary skills she will bring.” said Board Chairman, Bob Cowdell.
The company also announced that non-executive director, Graham Harrison, has notified the Board that he does not intend to stand for re-election as a director of the Company at the 2021 AGM.
Bob Cowdell commented: “While we shall continue to benefit from Graham’s expertise and wisdom until September’s AGM, I would like to thank him for his longstanding and much valued contribution to the Board since the Company’s launch and during my tenure as Chairman. We wish him every success for the future.”
