– UK, London – Quilter plc (LON: QLT) today confirmed the appointments of Ruth Markland as Chair of the Board of Directors alongside Tim Breedon as the Senior Independent Director, consecutive to the resignation of Chair Designate, Glyn Barker from the Board on 30 May.
Ruth Markland said: “I am looking forward to continuing as Chair of Quilter and thank my Board colleagues for their support and confidence.
