Quarto group announces Corporate Governance changes

– UK, London – Quarto Group, Inc. (LSE:QRT), the leading international illustrated book publisher, announces that following the changes to the Board at today’s Annual Meeting, the four new directors’ roles are as follows:

  • Mr Chuk Kin Lau – executive director
  • Dr Laurence Orbach – executive Chairman
  • Ms Mei Lan Lam – non-executive director
  • Mr Mick Mousley – non-executive director

The Company further confirms that the new directors are considered by the Company to be non-independent.

Andy Cumming, the independent non-executive director, has been appointed the Senior Independent director.
