– UK, St Albans – Premier Foods PLC (LON: PFD) today announced the appointment of Tania Howarth to its Board as an independent non-executive director, effective on 1st March 2022.

Tania will also join the Audit, Remuneration, and Nomination Committees.
About Tania Howarth
Tania Howarth has extensive senior executive experience across global FMCG businesses. Until 2017 she was COO of Nomad Foods, a European frozen foods business listed on the NYSE, with household brands such as Birds Eye, Findus, and Iglo. During her 10-year tenure, she had responsibility for Supply Chain, Quality, HR, IT, and M&A integration. Before this, she was CIO for the Coca-Cola Company’s European and African businesses and spent nine years at Walkers Snack Foods, latterly as CIO. Tania is the non-executive Chair of Ozo Innovations Ltd, a sustainable hygiene solutions company, an advisor to the Private Equity business within Goldman Sachs Asset Management, and a member of the Technology Advisory Board at NatWest Group plc.
