– USA, NJ – Phibro Animal Health Corporation (Nasdaq: PAHC) announced the appointment of Joyce Lee to its Board as an independent director, effective immediately, bringing the Board to nine members, of whom six are independent.

About Joyce J. Lee
Joyce Lee brings extensive expertise to our Board, having most recently served as President of Cobb Vantress LLC, a genetics company focused on sustainable genetic innovation in agriculture. Previously, she held executive roles at Elanco, Bayer Animal Health, and Zoetis, leading in executive, global, regional, and country-level capacities across various functions including genetics production, general management, strategy, sales, marketing, R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and IT. In 2018, she was honored with the Feather in Her Cap Award for her contributions to the animal health sector. Her governance experience includes over two years on a corporate governance and nomination committee and more than five years on an audit committee at a public company.
Joyce Lee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Baylor University and an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Jacksonville University.
