– IRELAND, Dublin – PetroNeft Resources plc (LON: PTR) today announced the appointment of Michael Power FCA to its Board as Non-Executive Director effective 4 January.
The company also announced the resignations of Anthony Sacca and Eskil Jersing as Independent Non-Executive Directors effective as of 4 January.
