– UK, London – Personal Group Holdings Plc (LON: PGH), the workforce benefits and services provider, today announced the appointment of Ciaran Astin to its Board as Non-Executive Director, with effect from 24 May 2022.

About Ciaran Astin
Ciaran Astin has extensive experience within the insurance, consumer and technology sectors. He is currently Managing Director of DriveScore and Head of Insurance at Clear Score Technology Limited, a fast-growing fintech business, with approximately 12 million users of its credit score product. Ciaran Astin was previously an Executive Director of Hastings Insurance Services Ltd, a leading UK insurance company, and Commercial Development Director of Direct Line Group. Prior to this, he held leadership positions at British Gas and BT Group.
Ciaran Astin holds a Masters of Engineering degree from Cambridge University.
