– UK, London – Personal Group Holdings Plc (LON: PGH), the workforce benefits and health insurance provider, announced the appointment of Rachel Webb to its Board as a Non-Executive Director, with immediate effect.
Martin Bennett, Non-Executive Chair said: “I’m delighted to welcome Rachel to the Board of Personal Group. She brings significant experience which will support us in achieving our growth ambitions. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Bob for his contribution to the business over the last eight years.”
Rachel Webb will also become Chair of the Audit and Risk & Compliance Committees effective 8 May 2025, subject to FCA approval.

Rachel Webb has over 20 years’ experience in financial services through working in both PRA & FCA regulated firms and large accountancy practices, enabling her to approach issues from both a commercial and regulatory perspective. Her most recent executive role was as CEO of Foresters Friendly Society. Rachel currently holds a Non-Executive Director role at Antares Insurance Company Limited, through which she has gained experience on the risk and capital committee and chaired the audit committee. Rachel is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
