– UK, Edinburgh – Personal Assets Trust plc (LON: PNL) announced the appointment of Sharon Brown to its Board as a Non-Executive Director effective from the next AGM on 18 July 2025.
About Sharon Brown
Sharon Brown has served as a Director and chaired the Audit Committees, of several companies in the retail and financial sectors. Between 1998 and 2013, she was Finance Director and Company Secretary of Dobbies Garden Centres plc and previously served as a Director of Fidelity Special Values plc, CT UK Capital & Income Investment Trust plc, and McColl’s Retail Group plc. She is currently a non-executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of The Baillie Gifford Japan Trust plc, European Opportunities Trust plc, and Celtic plc. Sharon Brown is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
