– UK, London – Pepper Advantage Ireland, the Irish entity of Pepper Advantage Group, today announced the appointment of Michael Gibbons and Dr. Hillary Ray to its Board as Non-Executive Directors, effective immediately, adding significant institutional asset management and banking experience to the board.
Concurrently, the Global CEO of Pepper Advantage Group, Fraser Gemmell, has joined the board back as interim Chair as the company further enhances its operations.
Michael Gibbons has also joined the Audit and Risk Committee as Chair.

She has additional expertise gained at the Central Bank of Ireland, where she led investigations, remediation, and risk mitigation programs.
