– UK, Annesley – Pendragon PLC (LON: PDG) today announced the appointment of Jemima Bird to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective 10 July 2023.

She has built up considerable experience at leading retailers over a long, successful career and I am confident she will make a positive contribution to the Board. We are also pleased that Jemima has agreed to chair the Remuneration Committee and we look forward to benefitting from her expertise in this area.” said Senior Independent Director, Dietmar Exler.
Jemima Bird will also join the Nomination Committee, Audit Committee and will also chair the Remuneration Committee.
About Jemima Bird
Jemima Bird brings three decades of retail experience, predominantly in the food retailing sector. Having spent a significant part of her career at The Co-operative Group, most latterly as Customer Director, Jemima has also held roles as the Commercial and Operations Director of Moss Bros Group PLC and, for the last ten years, has been CEO of Hello Finch, a brand and marketing consultancy. Jemima is currently the Senior Independent Director and chair of the Remuneration Committee at Revolution Bars Group PLC, alongside the Non-Executive Director and chair at Headlam Group PLC.
