– UK, Solihull – Paragon Banking Group PLC (LON: PAG) today announced the appointment of Alison Morris as the Senior Independent Director with immediate effect, succeeding Hugo Tudor who stepped down from the role but continues to serve on the Board as a non-executive director.
Alison Morris was appointed to the Board in March 2020. She is Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Risk and Compliance, Nomination, and Remuneration Committees.
