Paragon Banking Group announces Zoe Howorth to its Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, Solihull –  Paragon Banking Group PLC (LON: PAG) today announced the appointment of Zoe Howorth to its Board as a Non-Executive Director, effective 1 June 2023.

“Zoe’s breadth of knowledge, which includes branding, digital and sustainability understanding, and her strong focus on the customer, will enhance the diversity of perspective on the Board, which is imperative to driving Paragon’s strategy,” said Board Chair, Robert East.

Zoe Howorth will also join the Risk and Compliance and Remuneration Committees.

About Zoe Howorth

Her executive career included over 16 years of an experience at the Coca-Cola Company across various roles that culminated in her role as UK Marketing Director.

Zoe Howorth is a Board member of AG Barr PLC, an FTSE 250 consumer goods business, where she is Chair of the ESG Committee and member of the Remuneration Committee.

Zoe Howorth also holds several Non-Executive Director roles with private companies. In 2021, she joined the Board of International Schools Partnership Limited, a global education business, where she has board responsibility for ESG and brand. Zoe is also a non-executive member of the Water Babies International Board.
