– URUGUAY, Montevideo / USA, FL – Norman Alex today announced the arrival of Ricardo Soto as a new partner based in Montevideo.
At Norman Alex, he will be based in Montevideo covering the Latin American region and working closely with our Miami office.
About Ricardo Soto
Ricardo Soto has an extensive background in the financial services industry working for multinational banks. He spent more than fifteen years at Citibank based in Montevideo and New York covering different areas but mostly private banking. He developed the wealth management activity in Uruguay managing a team of over thirty people and also led a project to implement credit sales teams throughout the region. Previously, he worked seven years for American Express Bank in several senior positions.
Ricardo spent his last three years before joining our team as a Partner of a Swiss consulting and recruitment boutique based in Zurich and focused on wealth management. He speaks fluent English and Spanish (native language) and learned French during a year in Geneva.
