– SWITZERLAND, Geneva / FRANCE, Nice – Norman Alex today announced the arrival of Chris Manfield as a new partner based in Geneva.
At Norman Alex, he will be based in Geneva and will draw on his extensive experience with clients in the UK, France, Luxembourg, and Switzerland using his contacts and knowledge acquired through Executive Search, Fund Raising, and Private Placement across both traditional and alternative investments.
About Chris Manfield
Chris Manfield has over 25 years’ experience working within investment management, investment banking and the executive search industries. He is a UK national based in Geneva but, due to the nature of his practice, his clients and contact base is global. Chris trained as a Barrister and attended the Inns of Court School of Law (Gray’s Inn) and graduated from UCL in Spanish and Latin American Studies.
Prior to joining Norman Alex, he founded an FCA regulated private placement and capital raising business focusing on Alternatives, Infrastructure and Fintech. Previous roles included Head of Strategic Relationships for a London based operating platform for Emerging Managers and VC investor for media distribution rights.
On the executive search side, he has managed a number of global retained business units for Korn Ferry, Whitney Group, and Odgers. Over the years, his retained clients have included hedge funds, infrastructure funds, asset managers, private banks, SWFs, investment banks, and more recently Fintech.
