NextEnergy Solar Fund announces Caroline Chan to join its Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, London –  NextEnergy Solar Fund Limited (LON: NESF), a leading specialist investor in solar energy and energy storage, today announced the appointment of Caroline Chan to its Board as a Non-Executive Director effective from 1 April 2024.

Ms Caroline Chan brings a wealth of experience to the Board having practiced as a corporate lawyer for over 30 years across London, Hong Kong, and Guernsey, where she specialized in investment funds, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and financial services regulatory work. Ms Chan previously served as a Non-Executive Director of Round Hill Music Royalty Fund Limited and currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of BH Macro Limited.
