Next 15 Group announces Samantha Wren to join its Board as a Senior Independent Director

– UK, London –  Next 15 Group plc (LON: NFG), the tech and data-driven growth consultancy, announced the appointment of Samantha Wren to its Board as a senior independent Non-Executive Director effective on 1 June 2025, to bring over 30 years of experience, having held several senior leadership positions at market-leading financial services companies, including as Group CFO/COO of Nex, now part of CME Group, and CFO/COO of ICAP Global Broking.

Current non-executive directors, Helen Hunter, Robyn Perriss and Dianna Jones, will not stand for re-election at the 2025 AGM and, therefore, will be stepping down from the Board on 26 June 2025.

Samantha Wren is also a non-executive director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of AIM-listed Chapel Down Group, and a non-executive director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at Schroder Japan Trust plc. Until October 2024, she was Audit & Risk Chair of the City of London Investment Trust, where she served nine years on the board and was CEO of a private investment company investing in venture capital and private equity, particularly in financial services and other sectors, aiming to develop young businesses into industry leaders.
