– UK, London – Morgan Sindall Group plc (LON: MGNS) announced the appointment of Peter Harrison to its Board as a non-executive director and Chair-designate effective from 6 May 2025, to succeed Michael Findlay as Chair when he retires on 28 July 2025.
David Lowden, Senior Independent Director said: “I am delighted that to welcome Peter as Chair designate. The Board will benefit greatly from his experience in and understanding of capital markets.
