– UK, London – Morgan Sindall Group plc (LON: MGNS) today announced the appointment of Sharon Fennessy to its Board as a non-executive director, with effect from 1 January 2024.

Sharon Fennessy will also join the nomination and audit committees and will take over as chair of the Audit Committee after the AGM in 2024.
The company announced that Tracey Killen will step down as a non-executive director with effect from 31 December 2023.
