– UK, Birmingham – Mobico Group plc (LON: MCG) today announced the appointment of Enrique Dupuy de Lome Chávarri to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective from 1 November 2023.

Enrique will become a member of the Audit Committee upon his appointment, with the intention that he will take over as Chair of the Audit Committee when Mike McKeon steps down from the Board at the AGM in 2024 having served almost nine years.
He is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at Wizz Air Holdings PLC, the UK-listed airline group. Before this, he was the Group CFO at International Consolidated Airlines Group SA and the Spanish airline Iberia. He has also previously held several Non-Executive roles at Amadeus IT Group, S.A, British Airways plc, and Iberia Lineas Aereas de España, S.A.
