– UK, Birmingham – Mobico Group plc (LON: MCG) today announced the appointment of Nigel Pocklington to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective from 1 August 2023.

Nigel Pocklington is currently CEO of Good Energy Group plc, the renewable energy services company, and is also Senior Independent Director and Remuneration Committee Chair at Kin and Carta plc, the global digital transformation consultancy. He was previously CCO at Moneysupermarket.com Group plc and held several roles with Expedia, the online travel company.
Current Senior Independent Director, Matthew Crummack, will stand down from the Board on 31 July 2023, to be replaced by Karen Geary as Senior Independent Director effective from 1 August 2023.
