Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT announces Lindsay Dodsworth to join its Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, London –  Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc (LON: MIG4) today announced the appointment of Lindsay Dodsworth to its Board as a Non-Executive Director effective from 1 January 2023.

Lindsay Dodsworth will join the Audit & Risk Committee and the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Investment Committee.

About Lindsay Dodsworth

Lindsay Dodsworth is an experienced Non-Executive Director, Audit Chair, Trustee and Committe,e Chair having set up and grown a Family Office over the last twenty years where she established and oversaw a diverse investment portfolio. She is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chair of Audit at the Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc, sits on the Investment Oversight Committee for a Family Office, is the Chair of Governors at St John’s College School, Cambridge and is a Trustee and Member of the Finance and Investment Committee at Goodenough College.

Lindsay Dodsworth was previously an International Corporate Tax Partner at Ernst & Young for several years. Before that, she qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser at Price Waterhouse.
