Mirriad Advertising adds Nicole McCormack to its Board as Independent Director and announces Lois Day joining as Non-Executive Directors

– UK, London – Mirriad Advertising PLC (LON: MIRI), the leading in-content advertising company, today announced the appointments to its Board of Nicole McCormack as an Independent Non-Executive Director, and Lois Day as Non-Executive Director, with immediate effect.

Lois Day will join the Board on an interim basis, and will also join the Audit and Remuneration Committees.

Nicole McCormack brings high-level sector expertise from the demand side of the advertising market. She is currently GM Advertising and Commerce at TeamSnap in Los Angeles, having previously been Head of Advertising Partnerships at Quibi and SVP Revenue Strategy and Operations at Flipboard.

About Lois Day

Lois Day is currently an Investment Director in the Deep Tech team at IP Group. She was previously Head of Technology Co-Investments in the capital markets team at IP Group, where she led multiple successful fundraises for Deep Tech and Cleantech portfolio companies. Prior to this she spent a decade in investment banking, including as an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs and VP at Rothschild.
