– UK, Diss – Midwich Group plc (LON: MIDW), a global specialist audio visual distributor to the trade market, announced the appointment of Alison Seekings to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective from 19 March 2024.
Alison Seekings will also join the Audit, Nominations, Remuneration and Sustainability Committees.
About Alison Seekings
With over 35 years of experience, Alison Seekings has held senior audit positions at Deloitte and Grant Thornton, where she was recently Audit Partner. Alison has a wealth of experience working with AIM-quoted companies, particularly in the technology sector, and will further strengthen the Board’s skillset thanks to her extensive technical accounting, financial governance, and board-level advisory experience.
