– UK, London – Metro Bank PLC (LON: MTRO), today appointed Robert Sharpe as Chairman effective from 1 November 2020.
Sir Michael Snyder will return to his role as Senior Independent Director, effective today, subject to regulatory approval. Monique Melis continues in her role as Chair of the Nomination Committee.
