– UK, Christchurch – Meggitt PLC (LON: MGGT), today announced that Alison Goligher will succeed Guy Berruyer as the Senior Independent Director, effective from the end of the AGM to be held on 29 April 2021.
Alison has nearly six-years of experience on the Board and has, as a result, built good relationships with the Board and executive management, and has a detailed understanding of the Group, which makes her well qualified to succeed Guy in the role of Senior Independent Director.
