– UK, London – Marks and Spencer Group plc (LON: MKS) announced the appointment of its Non-Executive Director Fiona Dawson as Senior Independent Director effective immediately.
Fiona Dawson who has served on the Board as Non-Executive Director since May 2021, will continue as Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
