– UK, London – LondonMetric Property Plc (LON: LMP) today announced the appointment of Sandy Gumm to its Board as a Non-Executive Director effective from 27 March 2024.

About Sandy Gumm
Sandy Gumm is an Australian-qualified Chartered Accountant with over 31 years of commercial real estate and finance experience. She was most recently a Non-executive Director of LXi REIT Plc and, before that, a Non-executive Director of Secure Income REIT Plc. She was COO of, and a shareholder in, Prestbury Investment Partners Limited, the investment adviser to SIR before its merger with LXi.
Sandy Gumm qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992 and worked for KPMG for nine years in Sydney and London before becoming group financial controller of Burford Holdings Plc in 1995. She was finance director at the time that Prestbury Group Plc was established in 1997 and 2007 became COO of Prestbury.
