– UK, London – LondonMetric Property Plc (LON: LMP) today announced the appointment of Kitty Patmore to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective immediately.

About Kitty Patmor
Kitty Patmore is CFO of Harworth Group plc and has 15 years of finance, banking, and real estate lending experience drawn from roles at Harwood, DRC Capital, and Barclays Bank PLC.
Kitty also joins as a member of the Company’s audit committee, replacing Andrew Livingston on that committee. Furthermore, Andrew is appointed to the Company’s remuneration committee whilst Robert Fowlds is appointed to its nomination committee. All changes are with immediate effect.
