– UK, London – London Stock Exchange Group plc (LON: LSEG) today announced the appointment of Scott Guthrie to its Board as a Non-Executive Director effective from 1 February 2023.

Scott Guthrie, current EVP of Cloud and AI Group at Microsoft, has previously held several senior roles at Microsoft and will join the Nomination Committee.
