– UK, London – London Stock Exchange Group plc (LON: LSEG) announced the appointment of Lloyd Pitchford to its Board as a Non-Executive Director, effective from 30 April 2025.

Lloyd Pitchford will also join the Audit, Risk, and Nomination Committees.
About Lloyd Pitchford
Lloyd Pitchford is currently CFO of Experian plc. He is also a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Bunzl plc but will step down from those roles on 23 April 2025. Before joining Experian, he held senior roles at Intertek plc and in the energy sector.
